EAST OF EASY wins EPPIE Award!

I'm thrilled to announce that EAST OF EASY won the EPPIE in the Contemporary Romance category at the EPIC conference in Virginia Beach. The 9-hour drive from Virginia Beach back to New York was made more bearable by the fact that I could fondle and admire my trophy all the way home.

The conference was great...when I could tear myself away from the gorgeous beach long enough to concentrate on conference activities. Jeff Strand outdid himself again in his hilariously entertaining role as "Emcee for Life" and Sherrilyn Kenyon's keynote address was truly inspiring. I can't wait to sit down and write after listening to her motivational speech. Well, maybe I should unpack first.

Thanks to everyone for their well wishes. It was great meeting old friends and making new ones in Virginia Beach. Now it's on to Boston for the NEC conference in a few weeks. Hope to see some of you there!
